Mr. Lemoncello is a madman (or genius, all a matter of opinion) that creates games and technology. After a library is opened in his town, Kyle Keeley decides he just has to win the essay contest to get into the special opening night - because Mr. Lemoncello will be there. Only problem is, he hasn't written his essay....and when he does, it is only a couple of words: "There will be balloons." After he is mysteriously admitted into the sleepover, it turns out to be something else entirely-a new game! In a race against time, Kyle unites with his friends to go against Charles Chiltington, who claims to always win. Kyle learns the meaning of friendship and how great libraries are. I loved this book SO much!!! It has to be my favorite in the series after the Penultimate Peril. I love Esme and Jerome Squalor, and Count Olaf's most recent disguise! Great book, great series!

It was a GREAT book! I enjoyed learning about Egyptian Mythology while reading a hilarious story about two siblings! Rick Riordan is a talented author, and I'm a huge fan of his books! (Mostly Magnus Chase!!!!!!!!!)

I am SO excited to read this book! I read the summary and reviews and it seems like a great summer read! As soon as I order a copy, or get one from my public library, I am going to dive in! Seems SO fun, and enjoyable!

Read this book, (along with the entire Dork Diaries series) and loved them! Humorous, fun, and realistic. Whether from first crush issues, to fitting in at a knew school, to escaping Mackenzie's evil plans, I can totally understand Nikki! Great book with a plot that most tween girls can relate to.
