While Maya is playing with the ghosts, she gets injured and has to stay in the hospital. When school starts, Cat meets a girl named Seo Young. They become friends. When Halloween rolls around, Cat does not want to go trick or treating. but she ends up going anyway. And to the Day of the Dead festival too! She ends up meeting their neighbors uncle ,Jose, he is only 8 years old!!!!!!! Cat ends up loving the place anyway. This book isn't the best book I've read , nor the worst.

this phenomenal book by raina telegmier is amazing. when cat moves to northern california, she takes a while to adjust to the town, and not to mention ghosts. to find out more, read ghosts!
