Okay, come on. This movie is not nearly as bad as everyone says it is. A 9% on Rotten Tomatoes? Seriously? This movie is an origin story. It really isn't anything more. It has excellent character development, and a great musical score. Also, the acting was very good as well. Yes, they waited till the very end to have the team get together, and take on Doom. But I think that when everyone looks at this movie, that's what they immediately think of. "Oh, this movie is so bad! Nothing happens in this movie! There's no action in it! Doom looks horrible!" Okay, this movie is not that bad. Of course events take place throughout the course of the film. They become the Fantastic Four somehow, don't they? Yes, there isn't much action in it. But quite honestly, I'm sick an tired of people complaining about a movie not having enough action sequences. And then when there's too much action, they complain about that, to. Think of it as the first issue of a comic book. It's there to set up the character's stories. Does the first issue have many fight scenes? No, it doesn't. It may have one, towards the end of the story. As does this film. And people that are saying this is worst then the 2005 one, come on. Really? Have you actually saw it? This is not a terrible movie. It really isn't. It could have been a lot better. But I for one, and not upset with what we got in the long run. Come on people, this movie has an excellent story line going for itself. What it fell short of was the action. I feel that if another half and hour was added onto the run time, it could have properly handled the battle sequences. As for Doctor Doom, I'm not going to lie, he did look a little weird. But that shouldn't effect your opinion on the entire movie. Really, guys. It really is not that bad. Sure, It's not "The Avengers" or anything, but It delivers a genuine superhero origin story. Give this movie a chance, and while you are watching it, take this review into consideration.

The second movie in the Percy Jackson franchise is quite entertaining. However, while I don't feel that this sequel is better than the original, I think that this film was fun to watch. I am rather upset that this movie series didn't go anywhere after the second installment. This was mostly due to mixed to negative reviews. On the other hand, I am rather happy that they are picking the Percy Jackson stories up and are ready to do a Television show on them. Because, after all, I really did like these two movies, and re watching the second one made me remember how good they were. While I haven't actually read the books, I've heard that some of the people who have are upset, because it was not completely faithful to the book. Honestly, I really don't understand that. To me, when they make a movie off of a book that I have read, I want it to be a little different. For example, you've already read the book, and loved it. You want more of what those stories have to offer, so you go to the movie. Yes, you expect most of the movie to incorporate scenes from the book, but do you really want to watch the exact same thing that you just read? I would prefer something slightly different, but that's just me. Overall, I think that the Percy Jackson movies are fun family friendly movies that are really enjoyable to watch.

spider2001's movie review was featured in X-Men: Apocalypse.
I really do not understand the critics' problem with this movie! This movie was fantastic! I loved it from beginning to end! Yes, it did have a lot of characters, which meant that the film didn't spend a whole lot of time on one specific character. However, I felt that this movie handled the characters very well, and the many characters never took away from the story. They just added to it! Everyone in this movie does a great job, the special effects were spot on, John Ottman's spectacular score was insane, I really loved this film. Personally, I think this is my second favorite X men movie, behind "Days of Future Past." Do not let other people stop you from watching this movie! It is really good, don't listen to the critics! I don't want to spoil anything, but remember how Quicksilver stole the show in Days of Future Past? Well, he does it again. Seriously guys, give this one a chance. If your are a marvel fan, or super hero movies fan, or fan of good movies, I say CHECK THIS FILM OUT!!! IT IS WORTH YOUR TIME!!
