At first I thought this was an overreaction. But, if you think about it, the virus was first discovered barely 2 months ago.. and there are already 70,000-80,000 reported cases in China, and already the new strand (now called COVID-19) has spread to other countries. There is no vaccine for it currently, and it may take a year (best case scenario) for one to be created. Worst case scenario? 4 years. As soon as the vaccine is released, NO doubt thousands and millions of people will be flocking into clinics. I hope, this will not turn into a pandemic thanks to our modern 21st century knowledge. China is particularly dangerous since it is the most densely populated country in the world.About 4 years agoajg16liked a comment in National Geographic Kids Book Club.

Here's some questions for this week! 1. how many siblings do you have? 2. When and where was the last vacation you went on? 3. What is your favorite breakfast? 4. What is your star sign (if you know it) and do you think it is very accurate to your personality? 5. Superman or Batman? 6. What is your least favorite food? 7. Do you have any food allergies or restrictions? Thanks!About 4 years agopizzagirl7 added a new comment in

Locally, we have NO basketball teams focused on girls. The travel and rec teams are all boys, not a single team has girls. Some of my more athletic friends and me are our own team, in gym class, mostly, but we practice in alleys and driveways and etc. We play with our younger siblings and cousins, and whoever is a girl who couldn't get into a basketball team nearby. That's us, but we can't play with every girl in the world. If you're reading this and do the same thing (or even better, protest), I'm saying TY from the bottom of my heart =) I would love this book, and I'm not the only person to read it, (there's a whole world out there, right?). I don't know what we'll learn but it helps to learn your trade. My copy isn't really mine, it's my friends' too and I make it a point to donate books when I'm done with them. So, Dogobooks, if you're looking for a potential winner, it'd be amazing if you considered me.About 4 years agopizzagirl7 replied to a comment in
