The perfect guide to surviving the depths of the spooky graveyard! Read all about zombies, mummies, ghost, werewolves and some more creepers of the night. Some of the "articles" in the book where kinda creepy and some weren't that interesting and for every scary monster page there is a funny joke like - why did the skeleton not cross the road? --- It didn't have the guts! Get ready to laugh.. And cry reading this book! Lise is just a normal twelve-year-old girl with an amazing mom she looks up to and a cute smart little brother, Free, who doesn't speak (there is nothing wrong with him though) One day Lise's world comes crashing down hard and her mother is in a horrible car accident as her mom begins to recover she decides to go on a family vacation where she grew up in Maine on the beach. Lise hates it there but slowly comes around with the help of her mom and brother, her mom's friend Michael (a doctor and someone that the mom grew up with) and Ben in old man who lives near there "cottage". Almost every person in history who have changed the world started out as a kid who didn't think they could accomplish what they did in there life times. Read about Malala Yousafzai who stood up for her rights as a girl to go to school, or about Martin Luther king Jr. Who stood up for people's rights and got the ball rolling for ending segregation. I could go on and on about the amazing people in this book, but all I know is this is an absolute must read! I learned many things about history I didn't know about before. Eva is an a sweet young owl and at school her teacher tells her a scary story. And a few nights later she thinks she is seeing ghost!! She is scared and wants to prove to her friends (who don't believe her) that she is NOT making things up. When she shows them a picture of the ghost they kinda wanna believe her but they don't completely... shocking evidence comes up and the mystery is solved!
