Jessie, a fourteen y/o girl has lived in Clifton, Indiana almost her entire life. When children start getting horribly sick from a disease called diphtheria. Jessie's ma tells her that it IS NOT the year 1840 it is actually the year 1990!! Jessies ma and pa had moved to a historical preserve when she and her sister where very young and have lived there since with other families. Now with the other children being so terribly sick and the medicine supply has stopped it's up to Jessie to secretly leave Clifton and find a man her Ma knew and trust to send help... Before it is to late. I loved this book! I look forward to reading part 2. Very suspenseful and exciting and dangerous through out the entire book. He ever a dull moment. ajg16's book review was featured in Law Enforcement (Yes She Did!).
Did you know as of 2015 17% of police officers were women or every 2 out of 10 recruits were women? This book talks all about what women have gone through to work in Law Enforcement. In October of 1972, Joanne Misko (formerly a nun) and Susan Malone (formerly a member of the United States Marines), became the first female special agents in the FBI. In 2004, Deputy Jennifer Fulford and three other policemen got a call from a 8 y/o boy. He said there was men with guns in his home and he and 2 sisters were trapped in the garage. She was struck by 10 bullets (one of them disabled her shooting hand) and through all that she saved the kids and arrested the criminals. This was a great book and learned a lot about the fight for women to be in the Law Enforcement. Thanks for reading -Ajg16's reviews

I don't think there is any other word to describe this graphic novel then - AMAZING! Months after the 9 amazing heroes saved Earth AND Luna, and Cinder Aka the lost princess Arlene was crowned Queen of Luna there are still rogue wolf mutation guys running around earth. And who better to capture them other then Iko! (Who is one of the best characters!) With earth under her protection things can't go wrong. . . .Right? Read this amazing book of your a big fan of Marissa Meyers other books! Thanks for reading -Ajg16's reviews
