One of those superhuman few (treated like a mob informant in need of witness relocation) is Bob Parr, aka Mr. Incredible. We next encounter Mr. Incredible, ahem, Bob, trapped in a corporate cubicle, living the subdued life of an insurance claims adjuster. The only bright spot in his secluded suburban existence is his similarly closeted superhero wife, the rubber-limbed Elastigirl, who neighbors know as Helen. For 15 years the devoted couple suppress their powers and do the best they can to be "ordinary."
