Brave (2012)

In the mystical Scottish Highlands, Merida is the princess of a kingdom ruled by King Fergus and Queen Elinor. An unruly daughter and an accomplished archer, Merida one day defies a sacred custom of the land and inadvertently brings turmoil to the kingdom. In an attempt to set things right, Merida seeks out an eccentric old Wise Woman and is granted an ill-fated wish. Also figuring into Merida's quest — and serving as comic relief — are the kingdom's three lords: the enormous Lord MacGuffin, the surly Lord Macintosh, and the disagreeable Lord Dingwall.

Brave is so cool. It shows a moral for children. I loved the movie and wish to see it a million more times.

Brave was just not my favorite movie. I thought it was okay to watch, but I don't think that I would see it again. I do like the character Mereda, but I thought her voice was hard to understand at times. I felt that this was a basic movie, but it was not something that truly wowed me. I felt that they could have exaggerated the terrible relationship with her mom a little bit more, but what I thought could be taken away was the part when all of the princes from the four kingdoms came to fight for her. I would only give this movie a two out of five.

This movie has a great message. If you care about someone, you shouldn't make them change themselves for you. You should learn to appreciate them for who they are. Merida is a wonderful character, and she was brave because she tried to help her mom when she was turned into a bear
