I've read all of the books, and personally I think they are GREAT. UNFORTUNATELY, I haven't watched the movie. Anyways, I think THEO JAMES is way too OLD to be 18 year old TOBIAS EATON. With the past reviews I've read it seems I am not missing out on a lot.

I loved this movie although it didn't follow the book as well as I had hoped it would. I missed Uriah, Lynn and Marlene.

Don't get mad, but it won't as good as the book. There were many good parts missing, but other than that it was good! :D

okay. before you read this review, remember: i am a hardcore fan of divergent and i LOVE LOVE LOVE dystopian books, so my review may be a little biased. this movie was...amazing though, i have to say. i have read the trilogy and i can truthfully say that it is one of the best book series i have ever read. the movie did not disappoint me. there was a little too much music playing on some parts, but it was fairly true to the book. they did miss out some parts/characters i wish they had included, such as edward & the butter knife scene, uriah, zeke, marlene, lynn, the dauntless cake scene (for tobias, of course), and the second tattoo tris got. they threw in some parts that made me yell in the theatre and jump around in my seat, but it was soooo good. i was unsure of the actors in the beginning, but after watching the movie, my opinion was changed. definitely a must-watch movie if you like exciting thrillers and (sort of) mysteries. also, PLEASE read the book series, it is 100% PERFECTION! watch out for insurgent march 20, 2015 and allegiant march 18, 2016 if you're a fan!
