Okay people do you really think that the director can match the description of the characters in the book PERFECTLY. It doesn't really matter if the actor has blond hair instead of brown or if the elf has slanted eyes (and she did have pointed ears in the movie) or not if you judge every movie by the character's description in the book then it would never get good reviews (just think about How to Train Your Dragon and how different it is from the books). If they made her grow just like in the book then the movie would be to long. I LOVED the books and really liked the movie.

the way saphira grows larger is way different from the book! Arya is supposed to have black hair and slanted eyes. She is an elf and she does not even have pointed ears! Might as well have made her a human!

It was very exciting and well filmed! (Now if they would make a movie for each book in the series!) WARNING: NOT FOR THE SQUIMISH OR FAINT OF HEART!
