Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 captures the fun and magic that was in the first one, but the movie is still very different in a lot of ways. If I had to describe this movie as simple as possible I would say a great movie for the fans. The fans wanted a cute and awesome Baby Groot (best character in the movie). They got that. The movie didn't just give you Baby Groot it makes sure you are best friends with him before your even half way through the movie! Did I mention the whole movie is hilarious. It also has an emotional touch that is perfect for the movie. Overall Guardians Of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is the best Guardians of the Galaxy movie you could get! - Balloonover 8 yearsCool

I had seen the first Guardians movie before this but had no idea about this movie's plot and went into it not knowing what to expect. The movie turned out to be one of my favorite Marvel movies ever! You barely need any background knowledge prior to it because the movie does a great job of explaining anything. I love seeing the different universes and planets because the movie traveled to many worlds that weren't shown before. By far the best part of it was BABY GROOT. If you thought he was cute in the last movie, him as a baby could single-handedly carry the entire movie. It was extremely funny and a refreshing take on superhero movies! Would definitely recommend!

"I AM GROOT!!" Vol. 2 is incredible. I loved every single minute of it. While I'm not sure that it is quite as good as the first, it comes pretty darn close. The movie brings back all of the characters you loved from the first film, and introduces you to some new characters as well. I thought this movie was very funny, I was laughing at nearly every scene. However, behind all the humor, and amazing visuals is a truly great story about family. The theme of this movie is very powerful. It continues the character development of some of the characters that weren't as focused on in the first film, such as Yondu and Nebula. Now, I will say this, we all know that Yondu was a pretty big jerk in the first film. However, he turns out to be one of my favorite characters of the second one. They continue to build on his story, and we understand why he acts the way he does. Now, I am going to mention the character that most people are so excited to see return. BABY GROOT! Baby Groot is just as awesome as he was in all the trailers. I know some people were worried that they would overuse Baby Groot. However I enjoyed every scene that he was in. I will also mention that there is a hilarious end credits scene involving a teenage groot. Okay, I have to get into spoilers, I have too. So, *SPOILER WARNING* There, you have been warned. Now I know that some people are complaining that the villains of this movie, the Soverigns, boring and they don't mean anything to the story. However, they really aren't the villains. The true antagonist of this film is *SPOILER WARNING!* Ego, Peter's father. Overall, I truly did enjoy this installment almost as much as the first. Go see it! It's incredible!
