This movie is about a 12 year old girl named Riley and her 5 emotions Disgust, Fear, Sadness, Joy, and Anger. Riley is leaving a great life, however when she finds out she is moving from Minnesota to San Francisco she is all worried and so are her emotions. So at dinner in San Francisco, Joy tries to bring up a happy memory to talk about, but Sadness touches it and makes it sad.On Riley's first day of school the teacher asked Riley if she would tell a little bit about herself, so she does what she is asked, but during that Sadness touches a memory ball and turns it sad which makes Riley cry. When Sadness had touched it it turned into a sad core memory. Sadness goes to put it in the core memory holder, but Joy does not want her to. So they start fighting over the ball when they break the memory trash tube and they get sucked up. They need to return to Headquarters. So they go on a Mission to get back. Meanwhile back at Headquarters Anger, Fear, and Disgust think of a plan to leave San Francisco because Riley does not like it. So right as the bus starts moving Joy and Sadness return. - This movie is about Riley, a lively girl controlled by her emotions, Disgust, Joy, Fear, Anger, and Sadness. Riley lives the happiest life anyone could ever have. However, one day, Riley has to move to San Francisco, where the emotions worry about what could happen. Joy tries to make things better by bringing up happy memories for Riley to talk about with her mom, but Sadness keeps touching the memories and making them turn........sad. On Riley's first day of school, Sadness touches another memory and makes Riley cry when she is describing how fun her life was in Minnesota. Sadness makes a sad core memory, and Joy doesn't want it to be in the core memory holder, so she tries to stop it. She and Sadness end up knocking all the core memories out of the holder and become sucked up by the memory trash tube! They must embark on a journey to get back to headquarters. Meanwhile, Disgust, Fear, and Anger are not handling things very well in Headquarters, and Anger decides to make Riley run away. She almost does, and Anger, Fear, and Disgust can't control what Riley does anymore! Luckily Joy and Sadness come back and Joy realizes that only Sadness can stop Riley from running away. She does, and after Riley turns twelve, there are more core memories than ever before. The best movies are the ones that have lots of action, adventure, and drama, and this movie is one of them!

- This is a great movie! It shows a twelve year old girl's emotions in her head. Two of her emotions get lost, and try to make it back to the control center, where they work. I definitely think it's an awesome movie, with adventure, happiness, and a touch of sadness.
- This is an amazing movie about a young girl named Riley who has moved from her home to San Francisco. It is a great example of facing great overpowering emotions when you grow up. Such as being sad when remembering merories, but also being happy at the same time. Riley remembers her old memories and tries to run away to go home. She ends up not going back to her old home. She remembers old memories, but makes new great ones with a little emotion along the way.
