The box trolls are adorable and the villain is truly hateable. The male protagonist is quirky and the female protagonist is seeking attention and love. I like that the villians have red top hats so you know they are the villians. I also like that the boxtrolls have unique boxes that are also their names. (The one wearing a box with a fish on it is actually called Fish). The man in the white hat is hilarious. Many of the things that were in the book were not in the movie (Cabbageheads and pirate rats) and some of the things that were kept in were changed (the villian does not have a duck staff in the movie and in the book the the town is called Ratbridge). This stop-motion was amazing and the story was so funny!
THIS IS THE BEST MOVIE I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY WHOLE ENTIRE LIFETIME!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WATCHED IT FIFTY-FIVE TIMES(no lie) AND I NEVER GET BORED WITH IT!!!!!!!!!!! So to all the people who still think boxtrolls are weird monsters: Did you watch the movie or not???!!!
