This movie was amusing but contained a bit of an odd storyline. The actors did a great job and the movie followed the book's storyline pretty closely. The movie wasn't too scary in my opinion but if you are scared of a dead body prop then this movie might not be for you.

The only reason I put only 2 clouds is because the kids in the story go looking for a dead body and I am a huge scaredy-cat and so seeing a close up of the dead body’s face was very very very scary for me even if it was fake

Stand by me is a film based on a little gang of 4 kids going on an adventure to find a body that could lead them to celebrity but they are not the only one who are looking for this body. This film is a based on a novel of Stephen King called ‘the body’.The narrative speech is using interesting words and contains humorous language.Personally, I think that stand by me is a film who is funny, suspenseful and adventurous but the language is very strong and harsh for children’s and the trip is a bit boring. Stand by me is a film rather adventure, humour and dark comedy because of the violent and aggressive teenagers but the scenario is pretty interesting by the fact that the boy named Gordie tells us himself the story and that he doesn’t keep it for himself and this could also show that there are other ways of becoming famous rather than finding a body.
