I think that I will like it because I really liked the book. I rated it four stars because I don't know what to expect really. I really hope that this is a good movie!

The original version of Willy Wonka is a movie that I never tire of. Whilst the newer version with Johnny Dep as Willy Wonka is still entertaining, nothing beats the classic. Gene Wilder who plays the original Mr Willly Wonka is seemingly a quirky, cantankerous man. He even seems to despise children. This is blown away at the end however when the real Willy Wonka emerges. He discovers he is able to trust Charlie, a likeable character from a struggling and disadvantaged family. The themes of perservance, resilience, greed and jealous are throughout the movie. Gene’s known for when he says in the movie “She was a bad egg”. This is when Violent goes down the egg detector. If you haven’t seen the original version of Willy Wonka you’re missing out! Don’t miss out just cause its old, you won’t regret it!

This movie means so much to me. My mom showed it to me when I was only 5 years old. I never forgot it. My favorite part was when the enter the room filled with candy. I could almost taste everything.
