With detailed and fluid animation, spot-on humor, and an intense plot, this was definitely one of the BEST MOVIES DISNEY'S EVER MADE! I can see why it had a bigger opening than Frozen because it made me laugh, cry, and reflect. Zootopia has enough humor and action to keep little kids entertained, but a deep, mature message for teens and adults. This movie was cleverly disguised and marketed as a funny little kid's movie, but be warned. Children under 8 MAY BE FRIGHTENED by the scenes of bullying, the animals going savage and jumping out of the dark. In other words, Some kids may not understand what's happening most of the time since the film talks about bullying, racism, political policies, and prejudice towards other animals delivered in the form of a cuddly caper. It was very emotional for me, I think, because I relate more to the character's experiences and I was sobbing during certain points of the movie. At the end, people in my theater applauded! Through the main characters' struggle we can learn that being different doesn't mean you're bad and that you should never give up. All in all, a GREAT FILM that mirrors what's happening in our world and that tells viewers to pursue their dreams and break down stereotypes.
